Our Fishing Charters

Anglers looking for a half day can expect to fish the waters around Montauk’s lighthouse. Here they will find a plethora of inshore species including porgy, sea bass, fluke, striped bass, and bluefish. Most of these will be on light tackle as trolling only occurs on customer request.

Those more committed can pursue these same inshore species for a full day or take a ride offshore. Offshore trips will fish anywhere from ten to eighty miles from land in search of much bigger fish with much bigger tackle. Common catches on these trips include sharks, mahi-mahi, marlin, and a variety of tunas.

Ask Captain Ben about his light tackle jig and pop tuna trips.

What We Provide

Tackle and bait will be provided but anglers are more than welcome to bring their own. Anglers should also bring any food and drink they’ll need for the duration of the trip as well as adequate sun protection and footwear. Alcoholic drinks are permitted in moderation.

The crew will be happy to filet any fish you wish to take home at the end of the trip. Come and enjoy a day on the water!

About the Captain

An avid surfcaster, he won multiple tournaments fishing from the beach before buying a boat and getting into the world of charter fishing as a captain. Between running his own boat and working for other captains on his “off” days, Ben spends almost every day on the water—ensuring he knows where the fish are.
